Starbucks Ethos

A premium reusable water bottle inspired by the silhouette of Ethos water.

I worked on production CAD models for one and two piece vacuum-sealed stainless models, as well as one and two piece variants made from injection molded Tritan plastic. Extensive prototyping was done via 3D printing and silicone/urethane vacuum casting.

This bottle was produced and sold internationally in large volumes.

A novel sealing mechanism was developed to allow the bottle to be used with or without the finger loop.

Dozens of variations were produced based on our original designs.
